Weekly Snap! April 13th 2026

Welcome again to Monday and the Weekly Snap where I give a quick update on my works in progress and any other relevant news.

Novels

The Parasite Princess is in first draft. I added around 400 words last week. The plot issue I mentioned last week has been resolved. Progress is moving forward again.

Reyanna and The Mountain Giant is in first draft. I added around 2,800 words last week bringing the total to around 8,800. Progress is nice and smooth.

Children's Books

The Runners on The Sleigh is still in final revision phase.

ACHOO! Said The Cat is finished with its final revision and has moved on to drafting and illustrations.

I also had a new idea for a children's book this week titled Slow Down.

Other News

In other news, I finished reading Effortless by Greg McKeown (side note: I happen to be acquainted with Greg IRL. He is an amazing guy.). I highly recommend this book and his first book Essentialism.
